Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your Nalu Surfwear purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Returns
Items can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags still attached.
You must contact nalusurfwear within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return
Exchanges
If you need a different size or colour, we accept exchange requests within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Sale items are not eligible for refunds, but they may be exchanged within the 7-day window.
All exchange requests must be submitted by emailing us directly at nalusurfwear1@gmail.com before returning any items.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return or exchange shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Return/Exchange Process
To start a return or exchange:
- Email us at @nalusurfwear1.com with the subject:
“Return/Exchange Request – [Your Order Number]” - Include the reason for return/exchange and any relevant details and Photos (size, defect, etc.).
Approval & Processing
- Once your return is received, we’ll inspect the item and notify you via email if the return/exchange is approved or declined.
- If approved, you’ll receive further instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.
