Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your nalusurfwear purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Returns
Items can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags still attached.
You must contact nalusurfwear within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return
All of our products are made to order using a print-on-demand service. This means each item is created especially for you once an order is placed.
Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong item or colour
Please make sure to check our size charts carefully before placing your order
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if your item is:
• Faulty or damaged
• Printed incorrectly
• Different from what you ordered
If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
Once reviewed, we will organise a free replacement or refund where applicable.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return or exchange shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Return Process
To start a return or exchange:
- Email us at @nalusurfwear1.com with the subject:
“Return Request – [Your Order Number]” - Include the reason for return/exchange and any relevant details and Photos (size, defect, etc.).
Approval & Processing
- Once your return is received, we’ll inspect the item and notify you via email if the return is approved or declined.
- If approved, you’ll receive further instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.
